概述
RideTalk（以下簡稱「本 App」）由 Michael Lin（以下簡稱「開發者」）開發與營運。本隱私權政策說明本 App 如何收集、使用及保護您的資訊。
我們重視您的隱私。本 App 的設計理念是「最小化資料收集」，僅收集維持服務運作所必需的資訊。
收集的資訊
自動收集的資訊
匿名識別碼
- 本 App 使用 Firebase Authentication 匿名驗證服務
- 系統會自動產生一組匿名 ID，用於識別通話參與者
- 此 ID 不與任何個人資料（如姓名、電話、電子郵件）關聯
使用分析資料
- 本 App 使用 Firebase Analytics 收集匿名使用統計
- 包含：App 開啟/關閉事件、頻道建立/加入/離開事件、通話時長統計、網路品質資料、音訊路由類型
- 所有分析資料皆為匿名且經過彙總處理，無法用於識別個別使用者
不收集的資訊
本 App 不會收集以下資訊：
- 姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件地址
- 通話內容（語音不會被錄音或儲存）
- 位置資訊
- 聯絡人資料
- 相簿或檔案內容
- 任何需要註冊帳號的個人資料
資訊的使用方式
- 維持服務運作 — 匿名 ID 用於建立和管理通話頻道
- 改善使用體驗 — 分析資料用於優化 App 效能與通話品質
- 技術問題排查 — 網路品質資料用於診斷連線問題
我們不會將任何資料出售給第三方、用於廣告投放、或用於使用者追蹤。
語音通話
- 語音通話使用 WebRTC 技術進行點對點（P2P）傳輸
- 語音資料直接在參與者裝置之間傳輸，不經過我們的伺服器
- 通話內容不會被錄音、儲存或監聽
- 通話結束後，所有語音資料即時銷毀
資料儲存與安全
- 頻道資料儲存於 Firebase Realtime Database
- 頻道資料為臨時性質，所有人離開後自動銷毀
- 分析資料由 Google Firebase Analytics 處理，遵循 Google 的資料安全標準
- 所有資料傳輸使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密
第三方服務
兒童隱私
本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會刻意收集兒童的個人資訊。
隱私權政策的變更
本隱私權政策可能會不定期更新。重大變更將透過 App 內通知或 App Store 更新說明告知使用者。

Overview
RideTalk ("the App") is developed and operated by Michael Lin ("the Developer"). This privacy policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your information.
We value your privacy. The App is designed with a "minimal data collection" philosophy, collecting only the information necessary to maintain the service.
Information We Collect
Automatically Collected Information
Anonymous Identifier
- The App uses Firebase Authentication anonymous sign-in
- An anonymous ID is automatically generated to identify call participants
- This ID is not linked to any personal data (name, phone number, email)
Usage Analytics
- The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics
- Includes: app open/close events, channel create/join/leave events, call duration, network quality data, audio route type
- All analytics data is anonymous and aggregated, and cannot identify individual users
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Names, phone numbers, or email addresses
- Call content (voice is never recorded or stored)
- Location information
- Contacts
- Photos or files
- Any personal data requiring account registration
How We Use Information
- Service Operation — Anonymous IDs create and manage call channels
- User Experience — Analytics optimize app performance and call quality
- Technical Support — Network data diagnoses connection issues
We do not sell data to third parties, use data for advertising, or track individual user behavior.
Voice Calls
- Voice calls use WebRTC peer-to-peer (P2P) technology
- Voice data transmits directly between devices, not through our servers
- Call content is never recorded, stored, or monitored
- All voice data is destroyed immediately when a call ends
Data Storage & Security
- Channel data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database
- Channel data is temporary and automatically destroyed when all participants leave
- Analytics data is processed by Google Firebase Analytics under Google's data security standards
- All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
Third-Party Services
Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13 and does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or App Store update notes.
